Morgan is a dance maker, cake baker and occasional risk taker. She has a passion for trying new things and believes in the power of dilly dallying. Morgan is also a beloved auntie who draws endless inspiration from her nieces and nephews.

Hallee is an interdisciplinary artist, administrator, and advocate who believes in finding the "yes." She is an empath, earth sign, plant parent, and home chef.

We are Hallee + Kali + Morgan: a group of professional arts administrators (and besties) who found ourselves suddenly feeling like all of our personal artistic pursuits had disappeared without so much as a goodbye!
When we realized we all were feeling similarly interested in gaining that spark back, we quickly fell into a weekly (Monday night) routine of sharing music, dance, videos, craft and design ideas. Some nights we just talked, some we moved, (most we drank beer), but in the end there was magic happening, we were taking back Mondays! Alas, our namesake was born: WEEKDAY DISCO.
After a year of collaborating, crafting, and getting our mojo back, we decided to continue building community through our OPEN FLOORS: a performance series that is our way of creating fun, memorable evenings together. We dance, we sing, we watch, and most importantly we support.
We also always have jello-shots. That’s pretty important too. :)
